Have you ever seen a bird, butterfly or flower that you wanted to capture its beauty or whimsy? Nature can be inspirational whether it is watching a sunset, listening to a bird sing or just walking under the forest canopy. Artists since the dawn of time have used nature for inspiration and you can too. Back by popular demand, artist Ellen Westerholm will teach watercolor painting classes at the Trout Lake Nature Center.
This Adult beginner watercolor project painting will feature a man fishing from his boat. You will learn how to apply a pattern, add details and color and much more! Class fee is $50 and it includes all supplies, brushes and paints. You must register in advance on the TLNC website or by calling 352-357-7536.
Other watercolor classes are available, visit https://troutlakenaturecenter.com/inspired-by-nature/ for more information and to register.
