Luckily North Lake County is filled with family-owned Italian restaurants that know all the secrets to perfect PIZZA! So without further ado, here’s a list we’ve compiled of our top Lake County Pizza spots:
Tony’s Pizza & Subs (2760 E Orange Ave Eustis, Florida) – Locals know that we couldn’t talk about Lake County’s best pizza without starting the list with Tony’s! A true Eustis staple, its hard to find a time when the parking lot and dining room aren’t full of customers that keep coming back. Try the “Wild Green Mushroom” pizza, and don’t skip over a slice of chocolate cake for dessert!
PizzAmoré (722 E 5th Ave Mount Dora, Florida) – Leigh Love and Jesse Thomas have made a name for themselves building a large following of pizza lovers in our area. To add to the great flavors on the menu, they’ve set up shop in one of the cutest spots in downtown Mount Dora. For something different but delicious, try the Greek Goddess Flatbread. Be sure to order some Sangria as well, its the perfect pizza sidekick!
Taki’s Pizza House II (1600 S Bay St, Eustis, FL) – Taki’s is a family favorite of ours. We love the fried pickles and pepperoni pizza, BUT our most favorite thing here is the Famous Greek Salad. We usually order an extra to-go after dining in for lunch the next day. Try Taki’s out and see why we love it so much!
Stavro’s and Sons Pizza (2100 W County Road 44, Eustis, Florida) – Family owned and operated since 1974, Lake County is so lucky to have a Stavro’s and Sons location! The atmosphere makes you feel like you’re part of the family, and you can taste the love that is cooked into all of their food. Take a bite of their White Pizza and you’ll be hooked!
Mount Dora Pizza and Subs (2718 W Old US Highway 441Mount Dora, Florida) – Mount Dora Pizza has been serving our area for over forty years and we are all the better because of it! We love how homey this spot feels, and the Jukebox just adds to the appeal. Give their Sicilian Pizza a try. Your taste buds will be glad you did!
The Great Pizza Company (23 E Magnolia Ave. Eustis, Fl) – Centered in downtown Eustis, this spot reminds me of something you would find in New York City. Small but packed with flavor, the Great Pizza Company knows how to do pizza! Order the Paradise Cheeseburger Pizza when you’re looking for pizza with pizazz!
