Stacy began her association with real estate as a licensed agent working for 5 years as an operations manager in a firm with 40+ agents. She learned something new every day as she helped those agents work through their struggles, find solutions to their problems, and celebrate their successes. She also gained valuable knowledge of marketing and running a successful business, and learned that while no agent knows everything, that’s fine, as long as you know where to turn for answers and solutions.
In 2017 she began working directly with buyers and sellers and joined forces with Shannon King. She soon realized that she loved connecting with clients and helping them through the process of buying or selling a home. She’s grateful for the opportunity to meet amazing people and to use her knowledge to help enrich their lives.
When it’s time to unwind, Stacy enjoys simply spending time with her husband, her two daughters, and their “3rd kid” – a mixed-breed rescue dog named Andy. She loves to hike and enjoys getting up early to hit the trails with her elder daughter. The Bracewell family has a deep sense of community and loves supporting local educators. They contribute regularly to the Mount Dora High School, where her husband serves as assistant principal.

After growing up in New Jersey, Shannon began his working life as a construction laborer, building and remodeling homes. Due to a life-long passion, curiosity and fascination about architecture, design, and use of space, he enthusiastically developed his skills and construction expertise. By the time he began his career in real estate, he had honed his skills from apprentice to journeyman and ultimately to the level of master craftsman. The title of “master craftsman” is not one lightly bestowed. While it encompasses highly trained skills and experience, there is also the essence of supreme dedication to one’s chosen craft.

Shannon spent the first 7 years of his real estate career as an agent in Costa Rica, where he also acquired the four-footed love of his life.
While hiking in a remote part of the rainforest, he came across a young dog who was starving, very sick. and near death. He didn’t expect her to live, but couldn’t bear to leave her to die alone, so took her home. A little food and a lot of love brought her back, and she, Adi, has been with him now for years.
While living in Costa Rica Shannon was successful in rescuing many of the homeless “street dogs”, he would take them into his home and train them in obedience and house manners then find loving homes for them to be placed in. The reward of seeing these beaten down and weakened animals transform into playful, happy and confident creatures is among some of his greatest rewards.
Shannon’s hobbies include hiking the local trails and National Forests, getting out on the water in his kayak, gardening, bicycling, and landscaping. And, while it is no longer his career, he still thoroughly enjoys doing home projects and renovations.
