In the month of January, Lake County had only 1.9 months of inventory. To put this in perspective, in January 2020, Lake County had 3.7 months of inventory and in 2019 there were 6.5 months of inventory. This shift in inventory over the past few years has drastically changed our market conditions, however, low-interest rates keep buyers interested.
The most popular price point includes homes selling between $200k and $300k. This price point accounts for 40% of sales. These homes are selling at 98% of the list price.
