
Friends of the Tavares Library Yoga
Take a break from your hectic day and pop into a free yoga class at the Tavares Public Library.
Taught by Jennifer Stone, a certified yoga instructor and a member of the Friends of the Tavares Library, the series will alternate between both mat yoga and chair yoga.
August 5: Chair Yoga
August 12: Mat Yoga
August 19: Chair Yoga
August 26: Mat Yoga
Class takes place in the Library’s Expansion, which opened January 2022. The Expansion’s refreshing atmosphere combined with Jennifer’s calming teaching methods will leave you feeling both inspired and rejuvenated. All levels welcome. Participants must provide their own yoga mat. For adults and seniors.
