Learn to prep and the tools necessary to make your own plant-based cheese! You will see Mozzarella , Shredded Cheddar and Wisconsin Crock Cheese made before your eyes.
This comes to us from an expert in the food world. Pauline Sharpe is a Certified Food Handler.
The presentation will be followed by a whole food plant-based potluck meal. Please bring a WFPB dish to share, avoiding processed and ultra- processed foods .
