HOW SUMMER CAMP DEPOSIT IS APPLIED
1. A $25.00 deposit per week is required to secure the minimum tuition
rate for summer camp ($159.00 )
Example: You reserve 8 weeks of summer camp; your deposit is
$200.00. $25.00 per week will be deducted from your rate of $159.00
making your weekly payment $134.00.
2. The minimum deposit is $100.00.
3. In the event your child attends for three weeks or less, your $100.00
deposit will be divided by weeks reserved. Example: two weeks of
summer camp, $50.00 will be applied to each week tuition
4. Deposit cannot be applied to the $50.00 registration fee.
5. Every week your child attends that was not reserved will be priced at
the higher tuition rate of $189.00.
Example: Your child attends eight reserved weeks, your tuition rate was
$159.00 per week, then attends one additional week @ $189.00
6. Summer Camp deposits are non-refundable.
7. Summer Camp deposits cannot be applied to any field trip fee (if any)
8. Pre-pay eight weeks of summer camp (or more), receive a 10%
discount on the total and pay NO REGISTRATION FEE
9. These tuition rates are good until Monday, May 30th.
10. All payments are in-house. There is a 3.99% processing fee for
credit/debit cards. This is not applied when you pay with cash or
check.
11. Payments are due the FRIDAY before the week your child is
attending. A $25.00 Late fee will be applied after that.
