Join us every Friday at Violette Hill Farm for a unique homeschooling experience that combines education, hands-on activities, and unforgettable animal interactions! Each week, we’ll explore a different farm-related topic, giving your child a well-rounded, engaging learning experience in a beautiful outdoor setting.
What to Expect:
– 30-Minute Animal Interaction: Start the day by getting up close with our friendly farm animals. Each week features different animals, so there’s always something new to learn and experience.
– 1-Hour Educational Class: Dive deep into a different farm-themed topic each week. From learning about the importance of hay in farming to understanding the life cycle of rabbits, these classes are both fun and informative.
– 30-Minute Activity: End the morning with an interactive activity that ties into the day’s lesson. Whether it’s a craft, a game, or a hands-on farm chore, your child will leave with both new knowledge and practical experience.
Weekly Topics:
– Rabbit Class October 4th : Learn about raising and caring for rabbits, including how they contribute to the farm ecosystem.
– Cow Class October 11th : Discover the world of dairy farming, from feeding and caring for calves to understanding the milking process.
– Pig Class October 18th: Get an inside look at pig farming, including the care, feeding, and role of pigs on the farm.
– Horse Class October 25: Explore the world of horses in our Horse Class! Learn about these majestic animals, their care, and enjoy interactive activities as you experience what it’s like to handle and care for horses.
– Optional Small Engine Repair Class: Extend your learning with a 1-hour session on small engine repair, perfect for older kids interested in hands-on mechanical skills.

To ensure that all ages are engaged, we’ll have different packets tailored for different age groups, so toddlers to teens will find activities and lessons suited to their level.
Each session is designed to be educational, engaging, and a lot of fun! Space is limited, so be sure to register in advance.
