Lake County Market Update for 2020 shows continued trends in December.
Lake County trends continue with low inventory, increased sales prices and an extremely competitive market. Lake County has seen a 49% decrease in inventory since December 2019!
What does this mean for buyers and sellers? Of course, we are still in a seller’s market. Historically low interest rates are continuing to drive buyers to purchase. Predictions indicate interest rates will remain low. However, keep in mind we are watching home prices increase month after month.
